TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you access or use any mobile games, websites, communities, and related services ("Services") provided by Super Candy ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By installing, using, or otherwise accessing the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please immediately cease using the Services.

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms by posting the amended Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services will be deemed as an acceptance of such changes.

1. License and Limitations

1.1. Grant of a Limited License Subject to your agreement and continuing compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to access and use our Services solely for your own non-commercial entertainment purposes.

The following age restrictions apply to the use of the Services:

You represent that you are of legal age in your country of residence, or that you have obtained the review and consent of your legal guardian (parent or guardian) to these Terms.
If you are considered a child under the privacy laws of your country of residence (e.g., under 14 in South Korea, under 16 in the European Union), you may not create an account for our Services. If a minor makes a payment using a device, credit card, or other payment method without the consent of a legal guardian, the payment may be canceled in accordance with relevant laws; however, such cancellation may be restricted depending on the policies of the platform (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store).

1.2. Account and Login Information If you access the Services through a third-party social network such as Apple, Google, or Facebook, you must also comply with their terms of service. You must not share your account or login information with anyone else, and you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. As a general rule, we support only one account per game on a single device.

1.3. License Limitations (Prohibited Conduct) Under no circumstances will you engage in any of the following:

Use cheats, macros, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Services.
Engage in acts that disrupt the normal operation of the games, such as match-fixing (abusing), exploiting bugs, overloading servers, or disrupting networks.
Post commercial advertisements, spam, hate speech, distribute explicit content, defame, or harass others.
Collect personal information of others, impersonate others, or infringe upon copyrights and intellectual property rights.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Services.

The Company may permanently suspend your account or restrict your use of the Services without prior notice if you violate these rules. Accounts that have been inactive for 180 days or more may be terminated at the Company's discretion.
